ProGroup has a policy of no returns. Credit card charges may NOT be reversed except for clerical entry error, at the discretion of ProGroup.
Any attempt to unilaterally reverese a credit card charge will end all support responsibilities of ProGroup and terminate immediately your access to Support and your License to use any and all ProGroup software. It does not terminate your obligation to pay, or ProGroup's right to collect any outstanding debts.
