Skype - Free telephone service
Much of our support is with the use of Skype. If you don't already have it, you can download and use if for free. All calls to us, using Skype will be free for you. It also supports instant messaging, which is the fastest way to reach us and get a response. Download Skype here. Afterward install it to your computer, make an account (free) and run the program. Click "Directory" in the lower left corner. Enter progroup.support and press <enter>. You will find us under Protech in Panama. Click "Add contact" then enter a brief message (who you are) and Skype wil send us a request to allow you as one of our contacts. We'll reply accept, and then we can call each other. |
